Hilton Completes Residential Tower
Hilton Cebu Resort and Towers will launch its first residential towers on Sept 13, 2003 after the recent completion of the tower’s construction.
According the Goldland Philippines Corp. (GPC) sales and marketing manager Sarah Salera, only nine units out of the 17 storey tower’s 114 units are left available for interested buyers.
GPC is the developer of Hilton Cebu Resort and Towers/
The developer has initially set the soft launching of the Hilton’s second tower, which will house a hotel, in the first half of next year.
Salera said the hotel is now in the finishing stage.
As for the 20-story third tower, which will contain 68 residential units and the units reserved for the resort’s club members, work is ongoing on the eighth level.
Hilton Cebu is a joint undertaking of Cebu-based GPC and global hotel operation Hilton International. The resort will have aqua sports and diving facilities, a yacht club, restaurant, pool bar, ballroom, meeting rooms, and shops. JBN
