PHASE 2 OF BRIZA

CORNERSTONE, a division of Aboitizland, will open the
second phaseof its four-hectare development tommorrow
in Consolacion, north of Cebu City.
In a statement, Aboitizland said this follows the successful
sale of Briza's Phase One, which saw 78 units sold out
on the first day of reservations.
"Briza's performance is a confirmation that the
middle income market is just there waiting for the right
prodects to come in," Aboitizland chief operating
officer Andoni Aboitiz said.
Briza is equipped with a gate, guardhouse, landscaped
entrance, party hall, childrens playground, basketball
court, tree sanctualry, tree park, concrete roads, perimeter
fence, wastewater treatment facility, power and water
supply, water tank and cistern and drainage system.
Aboitizland expects the Briza community to start growing
in the last quarter of this year as construction o funits
will soon begin.

and tow color schemes are now available for the viewing
at the site.
