CHANGE OF STATUS
Changes on financing plan, house model and lot location, a
transfer fee of Php 5,000 will be charged. Only one (1)
transfer will be considered as a withdrawal and subject to
the provisions of withdrawal.
BLOCKING OR HOLDING OF UNIT
A Reservation fee of P 50,000 (non-refundable) must be
paid prior to blocking of unit as specified in the site
development plan.
PROVISION FOR MOVE-IN
• Condominium unit is complete
• Must have paid the following:
a) Membership dues of the Homeowner’s Association
b) Water Connection Fee
• Must have paid at least 51% of the TCP & complete PDC’s
for the balance.
• Have been credit approved and have paid the credit
investigation fee of P 1,500 (For In-house financing only)
• Have secured a MRI policy with accident & disability
riders. (For In-house financing only)
• Have secured a Fire Insurance Policy. (For In-house
financing Only)
• If bank financing / HDMF, must have fully paid the
equity and “Letter of Guarantee” or “Letter of
Undertaking” has been issued by the Bank / HDMF.
• Has signed the Certificate of Acceptance for his unit.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
• Commonwealth Estate, Inc. reserves the right to adjust
prices and change terms and conditions of payment without
prior notice
• Commonwealth Estate, Inc. does not give rebate to buyers
who do not have brokers.
• Request for alterations or deletions on the house
purchased by the buyer will not be allowed. Any alteration
and / or deletions should be made after turn-over with the
proper documents such as building, occupancy, electrical
permit etc. The buyer will secure himself such permits
from the different government agencies concerned.
• All brokers must make known to their buyers that the use
