SPOT CASH
By the name itself, it is playing the total contract price OUTRIGHT. This is payable within 7

DEFFERED CASH
This is actually another term of stretch payment scheme of the total Contract price. The
maximum term is 6 months to pay.
Option 1: 30% DP - 7 days to pay w/ 8% discount, 70% balance is payable in 6 months @ 0%
interest.
Option 2: 50% DP - 7 days to pay w/ 8% discount, 50% balance is payable in 6 months @ 0%
interest.
IN- HOUSE FINANCING
This is applicable for non-member of SSS/PIF but with capacity to pay.

30% DP payable in 3 mos. @ 0% interest or 6 mos. With 5% interest
