Q: Where is the project located?
A: Corona del Mar, a middle-income subdivision, is situated
in Bgy. Pooc Talisay, Cebu.
Q: What comprises the surrounding areas of the subdivision?
A: Corona del Mar is bounded by green fields on the north,
east and west. The southern edge is characterized by the 375-meter
shoreline, which separates the property from Bohol Strait.
Q: Is the project elevated? What is the measurement of elevation?
A: The subdivision is slightly elevated as compared to the
surrounding fields. The average landfill for the whole property is
2.4 meters. Landfill was done in order to avoid flooding. Th areas
outside the subdivision were also considered in the engineering design.
To prevent flooding in these places, there is provision for an extensive
drainage network that will hold excess water.

ACCESS
Q: What is the distance of the subdivision from the city proper?
A: It is approximately 12 kilometers or 10 minutes from
Fuente Osmeña via the Cebu South Road.
Q: How accessible is the subdivision?
A: Although Corona del Mar is situated in the suburbs, it
is still very accessible as the entrance gate is just a few minutes
from the stretch of South Cebu Road.

Q: Is there a commercial area nearby?
A: There is a provision for a commercial area by the main
entrance of the subdivision. Convenience stores and service shops
are envisioned to rise in the future. There are presently a number
of commercial establishments aroud where the residents can do their
shopping. About seven minutes from Corona del Mar is the Gaisano Tabunok
Mall which houses a department store, grocery and fast food center.
The Tabunok Public Market is also nearby. To address the banking needs
of the residents are several well-known banks in the area such as
Allied Bank, China Bank, Metrobank and PNB.
Q: How will the facilities and amenities of the subdivision
be maintained?
A: Filinvest Land, Inc. will spearhead the formation of
a homeowners' association for the maintenance of the subdivision.
This will ensure the residents of a well-maintained environment for
