- DESCRIPTION
Ayala North Point (ANP) is the first Ayala subdivision in Western Visayas
in the tradition of Ayala's fully integrated communities in Makati,
Muntinlupa, Cavite, Laguna and Cebu.
The Ayala North Point's development masterplan envisions a fully integrated
community folowing the village concept, i.e. the size of the residential
neighborhood is defined by its accessibility to transit facilities and
a mixed-use core. Such a core will house the retail establishments,
civic center, and a school.
Connected by a 30-meter wide main avenue, the different villags will
be catering to various income groups. Phase 1 features the upscale residential
subdivision. Succeeding villages aim to cater to the needs of the middle
income market.
The development site has a relatively flat terrain and abundant ground
water supply. ANP provides more than enough open and landscape areas,
fundamental in preserving and enhancing the original rural character
of the site. Morover, it will also preserve and enhance the existing
river gorges alongside the edges of the development to further strengthen
its claim to create an environment-friendly and sustainable community.
Ayala North Point is also along the crossroads of regional transportation
routes leading to Iloilo, Cebu and the Mindanao area.

- LOCATION
The project site is located in the northern portion of Bacolod City,
approximatly five (5) kilometers north of the city proper. It falls
within the jurisdiction of the City of Talisay, Negros Occidental.
