Crown Regency Suites Set to open 1st quarter of 2004


J. King & Sons Co., Inc. has announced that the Crown Regency Suites will open sometime in the first quarter of 2004.

J. King held the last topping ceremony of the suites, located within the community of Princeville Executive Villas, last Sept. 10. Nestled in the economic zone of Mactan, these offer a pleasant towering contrast to the low-lying roofs of the two-storey Mediterranean villas of the Princeville community. The Crown Regency Residences, on the other hand, offer a cheaper alternative to the same luxurious fully-furnished living of the neighboring single-detached villas. Available are one-bedroom and three-bedroom units. The Laundromat is also accessible. For added convenience, housekeeping and laundry services are options one can choose. A continental breakfast is offered at the Clubhouse’s roof deck, while a full breakfast is available at the Crown Regency lobby floor. PCs, a laser printer, a fax machine and photocopier are available at the front desk. For parties, there are function rooms at the top floor of the Crown Regency Suites.
