Possible Purpose of Property : Low Cost Housing Subdivision, Rest House, Investment Options.
 
We have a complete module and design of the subdivision plan and the concept of this development. We even conceptualize its subdivision name. This can accomodate around 183 lots with a minimum lot cutting of 60sq.m (Well, those who want a bigger area can buy 10 lots at 60sq.m. each lot). Everything is computed now. We have this module because late last year, this property is suppose to be sold out and will be developed by a certain developer in Cebu. What happened was that we, back out the deal because they are just a small and part timer developer. But we keep our records here. This can be viewed for interested developers only.
 
Secondly, if one is planning to make some rest house in a very quite place, this can be the perfect place for it. Or for the purpose of a training centers and seminar / retreat house in the future with amenities.
 
The terrain of the area is rolling / sloping with a valley orientation. It can be a 'cut and fill' concept of development.
 
Lastly, is the investment oppurtunity. Where can you find a titled property in a vicinity of Binaliw Talamban Cebu City with a price of Php 300/sq.m? There might be but it is not titled. Or the location is not accessible.

Note : At the vicinity of the property and the property itself, owners, neigbhors and myself found a possible traces of 'gold deposits' in the area. Owners and residents are doing some 'billing' around the property and found out some 'mongo type stones' in a yellow form which believe to be a 'buwawan' - local term for unwash gold. This findings maybe worthwhile and in some point is not believable but who knows. As my father is a known gold examiner in his time, he believes that the vicinity of the property has some deposits. My brother is a known high school teacher in the barangay. His students were sometimes bringing to him some 'mongo type stones' which believes to be gold. Some American land scientist visiting in the barangay of Binaliw, Agsungot and Cambinocot conclude that Cebu City's wealth is just 'lying underground'. Everything is possible under the sun.
